I take CareOregon (OHP) at this time. If you are covered by CareOregon, you do not pay any out of pocket fees. CareOregon covers both individual and group therapy services. I am not able to take other coordinated care organizations coverage at this time, and cannot provide services to OHP members outside of CareOregon.

My private pay fee is $165 per individual therapy session. I am out of network with all commercial insurance plans. I can provide a “superbill” to help you get reimbursement from your insurance company if possible.

Group fees do not apply if you are covered by CareOregon. Private pay group fees are $45 per group with a commitment to completing all 8 group sessions. If you would like to pay upfront for all 8 weeks, the rate is $320 at the time of intake. Alumni groups are at no cost and are available once you’ve completed a group.

I provide letters of support for gender affirming surgery at no cost to all current clients who may need them. I have limited openings for no cost surgery letters. Please reach out if you are seeking support with getting gender affirming medical care!
